In my household, I need to prevent at least 3 users from messing with things
like disk partitions, network configurations, etc.  They've regularly
clobbered the various systems (Mac 6/7, Windows 98 and even a SPARC Solaris!)
by installing various apps, tweaking preferences, trying to record their
own event sounds, etc.

Then it's left to dear old dad to clean up the mess afterwards...
