[BUG] prefix of GConf with jhbuild

Hi all, 

With the mail from vuntz, i try to compile Gnome 2.11.92 with jhbuild. 

But with Jhbuild, there is a bug in the prefix of gconf module, the
target directory defined in the ~/.jhbuilrc file is not used by autogen for
gconf.

This bug appears with gnome-vfs, aclocal does not find
AM_GCONF_SOURCE_2.
