On the note of trademarks however, Is there really any reason that
evince needs to embed the Adobe Acrobat logo in the thumbnails it
creates? see: http://www.gnome.org/~dobey/evincethumb.png

I'm also going to go ahead and remove all the icons from g-i-t that
include trademarked images. I knew this was going to come up sooner
or later when I took over maintainership, but was hoping it could
last until we can get the new icon naming spec stuff and a generic
type fallback mechanism working, before it had to be done.
