Re: changing metacity's titlebar action.

I'd hope that such a change would not be done capriciously.
And it always seems to me that it makes documentation tougher
when some action has one meaning and then, if some secret
variable, registry key, etc. is set, takes on some differenet
meaning.  Call centers hate this sort of thing - because the user
isn't going to remember, or perhaps even know, if such a thing
was done...
