Distros like Debian or Gentoo ship everything (or pretty much so), for
most of the others bindings are just additional packages, dependencies
that are useless to the user, unless an application using those deserves
to be included.

Ie. if there's no useful application that pulls the binding, it won't be
included. That means that your should write useful applications to get
the bindings in ;)
