The translations were very out of date.  For the User Guide, uk was from
2.6, eu was from 2.4, and hu was from 2.2.1.  The remaining translations
(de, es, fr, it, ja, ko, ro, sv, zh_CN, and zh_TW) were all from 2.0.  A
translation that old can hardly even be considered a translation of the
document anymore.
