Nope its not. there has been a hardware failure with the raid 
controller. It will
be back online tommorow when the parts get in.

It hasn't moved to a gnome.org server because the people that can do it are
pretty busy. ( The other side of that is that it wouldn't matter if a 
gnome.org server
was hosting it or not this problem could still very well have happened. )
