Er... no.  Maybe 5 years ago, but not these days.  Linux desktops are
rolled out across large organizations for non-technology workers, used
in schools and libraries, and there are people who switch to/use Linux
merely for the sake of the OS/software, and not development.  I'd wager
that these days there are a lot more people using Linux desktops who
don't even know what Linux really is than actual developers. ;-)
