No, when you have a big monitor at a not-so-dense resolution, you don't
want your icons to be 3cm large.
Similarly, a PDA with a 3" 640x480 screen would need bigger icons than a
laptop's 12" 800x600. Icons size should be determined by the DPI first,
then tweakable by the user.
