Surely there is a better (HIG-approved?) method than
try/revert/ok/cancal.
Like what?
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/1.0/windows.html#instant-apply
Sigh.
I just explained that this dialog cannot be instant-apply.
Sigh++. It tells us what to do if instant-apply isn't appropriate.
I am thinking GOK could live with explicit Apply, Cancel, and OK. Is
the argument against the inclusion of "Revert" to do with increased
cognitive load?
cheers,
David
