Agreed completely, if we had a browser with a11y, then yes, we
shouldn't change to something with no a11y. (All else being equal; I
do think UI or functionality or maintenance bugs that cripple an app
for everyone can outweigh a11y issues.)

Exactly. We currently have nothing. A browser that works for some
people is better than no browser. Especially when including it helps
get it working for everyone.
