IMO you're better off creating devhelp books since developer
documentation is meant to be browsed through devhelp. This will also
allow the developer to get context sensitive help in anjuta during php

What I'd really like to see, though, is some kind of integration between
Yelp and Devhelp - so that I can show the developer the GNOME help, man
pages, info pages, anjuta manual, all at one place. Failing that, it
would be nice to at least get devhelp support for man and info pages,
and even for other GNOME documentation.
