Not yet, because of this:
[deaddog localhost CVS.GNOME.ORG]$ grep popt CVSROOT/modules
ORBit ORBit &libIDL &popt
However, I have just checked, even ORBit 1 doesn't use any code from that
copy of popt, so it's quite safe to remove the final trace of popt from
GNOME
CVS. Just need a confirmation message from others, hence cc'ed to d-d-l.
