It's not so much how many are ignored, it's more for how long.

In general, patches I've submitted to Gnome have been reviewed fairly quickly.
There are several outstanding for Sound Juicer, but I got told on IRC that
Ross is on holiday, so that's OK :)

Look at it this way - there's a patch in Mozillas bugzilla written by me
and a former Netscape guy that has 65 votes on the bug, has been reviewed
and found to be basically satisfactory, yet has been around for several
years! :(
