I think.
I still think that calling the MouseKeys tab "mouse" and including a
link to the Mouse capplet would be an accessibility improvement. We
certainly can afford the space now, and it's quite relevant to MouseKeys
users.
At the _very_ least there should be a reminder on the MouseKeys capplet
page reminding the user of where the other mouse settings are... in
which case putting a button there seems better still, despite the fact
that it's a bit non-standard.
