If you want to dump WM_SAVE_YOURSELF support, then sure. But I
don't see why we would do that since smproxy is quite trivial,
completely self-contained and works ... Maybe taking it out of
default.session and adding a FAQ 'How do I enable X11R5 support?'
might be a good idea ...
