Problems with gnome CVS?

Hi all,

I'm having problems with anon cvs:

cvs server: failed to create lock directory for `/cvs/gnome/atk' 
(/cvs/gnome/atk/#cvs.lock): Permission denied

Today it is atk, but yesterday it was libgda, glade and others.

What's happening? Should I enter a bug in bugzilla as blocker since this 
prevents my from testing gnome2?

I'm using vicious-build-scripts.
