gconf CVS requires glib/linc CVS

Hi,

I'll make this explicit in the configure script after GLib 2.0.1 comes
out on Monday, but if you use GLib 2.0.0 with gconf from today or
later, a bug in g_file_get_contents() will result in gconfd running
out of file descriptors. GConf also requires linc from the last couple
days, because a bug in linc was also running it out of file
descriptors. gconfd is unhappy if it runs out of file descriptors.
