adding URL's under gnome2

I am still trying to figure out how to add URL handlers for evolution
and galeon.

I want to be able to click on a http: link in evolution and open it in
galeon. Also, open a mailto: link in galeon and open a compose window in
evolution. I had it working in g1.4 but can't figure out the file types
and programs capplet.

How do I do this?
