I want to emphasize the point-releases part- no software release is
perfect; we just get closer to it by doing regular releases with fixes
in all of them. That hasn't been a GNOME strong point in the past :) but
we're going to change that soon, I think... 2.0.0 is just the first step
in what will hopefully be a long series of ever-better software.
