No - all API changes (since quite a while now) go through a full review
(unless something strange happens) so supposedly their impact is
understood and only affected module would need re-releasing.

Which really is little more than a way to waste time - after all, the
platform is way past its beta, and if I remember some discussions right,
might even have been released by now and thus couldn't accrue any
additional changes.
