Thanks for the clarification. Looks like we have smooth sailing if we
eliminate references to CDDB.
Note that somebody at Gracenote doesn't think that CDDB is a generic term
because they tag it with the registered trade mark symbol. (It is, in fact,
registered in the U.S. and has been since June 2000 -- see
http://tess.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=v4rr29.2.3. Applications for
a "CDDB" logo and a "CDDB-enabled" logo have also been made.)
