Eog CVS problems?

I'm a bit confused about a build problem I have just hit. It _looks_
like EOG does not build from CVS at the moment because it is missing
AC_PROG_LIBTOOL (or AM_PROG_LIBTOOL) from configure.in.

However, nothing seems to have changed recently in EOG that would cause
this to start showing up. :-(

Are others seeing this problem? (The tinderbox build doesn't give any
errors, but I can neither confirm nor deny if eog is in the tinderbox
build sequence, so I'm not going to call that evidence just yet).
