I have filed bugs against all of the core components that I found that
had an empty README or AUTHORS file:

100786 - libgnome has an emtpy README and AUTHORS file
100787 - libgnomeui has an empty README and AUTHORS
100788 - libgnomecanvas has an emtpy README and AUTHORS file
100789 - metacity has an empty AUTHORS file
100790 - gnome-mime-data has an emtpy AUTHORS file
100791 - bonobo-activation has an emtpy AUTHORS file
100792 - gtkhtml2 has an empty README file
100793 - ggv has an empty README file
