There are tons of these, folks. I know many of you find patches a bit of
a pain to deal with, but these are the people who can replace you when
you want to walk away or need more help, if you'll deal with them well
in the first place. 

You'll also note that many of the 2.0 patches still apply as well. There
are _149_ of those- I'd love for that number to shrink over the coming
weeks instead of grow.

P.S. As Wayne pointed out, it was poor form to split the pages up. I
take the blame for that- I should have been thinking more clearly. We'll
try to get that straightened out.
