HIG-style groups: Please wait!

I've noticed bug reports and discussions about using the grouping style
recommended in the HIG; that is bold label and indented content.

The method of making these groups recommended in the HIG is much less
than optimal and may even create accessibility problems; what does a
screen reader do with a label only containing 4 spaces?

The HIG will be corrected. How is not yet known, except that the appearance
should not change much. Here are the relevant bug reports:
