Okay - all the bugs in my progress.txt have been submited to bugzilla now.  
I did at one stage while I was porting seem to have a problem with 
everything - but it was solved by logging out and back into my machine ... 
odd.  Now if I can get freecell and mahjong to work my life is complete :P  
Same-gnome just doesnt quite cut it for wasting time.
