- Specify UTF-8 encoding at the top of AccelEntry.py; Fixes bug #612990
- Use accessor functions so it compiles with -DGSEAL_ENABLE.
Additionally, no deprecated symbols are used anymore. Fixes bug #615394
and bug #615555.
