Your module is great and has it been requested for inclusion by another
person in the past. However, Deskbar comes already with a lot of modules
 and I don't want to add too many modules (especially with additional
dependencies). Instead, modules can be easily downloaded from the
internet if capuchin is installed. I can add your module to the capuchin
repository if you want to.
