That's a known issue. Firefox 3 and later stores all its data in a
different way than previous versions. We're working on it in the 2.23/24
release cycle. One's it's available you can use it with Deskbar 2.20 or
later.

If you're interested in writing the new module for Firefox 3, let me
know and I assist you as good as I can.
