[Deskbar] Bling

Hi !

I contacted MacSlow, of
cairo/bling/opengl/choose-your-favorite-hype-effect-renderer fame. I
asked if he would do us an UI which would be more blingy, like
gnome-launch-box or quicksilver on MacOSX.

He agreed !

He asked if we could send him a mockup, or ideas to implement in this
UI.

Mikkel, since you're the bling-master, could you gather your previous
ideas, and maybe write a little spec or screencast or svg screenshots or
whatever ?

Of course anyone can contribute !

It would be a bit like sebp's window UI, but with more visual effects,
and less usable :)
