[Deskbar] D&D Installation

Hi !

Just a quick remark, mainly for Sebastian, could we have some kind of
warning when you try to install a file through d&d on deskbar, I think a
simple [Cancel][Install] should do it. The message in it should be short
and just say that you install the code at your risk..

And also, does the d&d install code only uses gnome-approved
dependencies ? (python standard modules or approved python dependencies)
