I merged this new UI in the CVS.
There are now two options: use the cuamiac with button, or use the
cuemiac with entry in panel aka "entriac".

People who don't have pygtk+cairo will fallback on completion UI only.
After 2.14 we will probably drop support for completion UI.

Now we must squash all focus issue (if any) in this new beast, and
rejoice..
