[Deskbar] Web Searches now has shortcuts

>From the Preferences dialog, select the Web Searches handler (Epiphany
only for now, Firefox & Galeon will be done shortly), and click "More".
This will allow you to define shortcuts for each search bookmark (also
known as smart bookmarks).

For example, if you give your wikipedia bookmark the shortcut "wp", then
deskbar-ing "wp Desk" will take you straight to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Desk

Furthermore, if your shortcut is a single letter, like "w", then you can
simply type "Desk" and then hit Ctrl-w.

Shortcuts are saved to
~/.gnome2/deskbar-applet/search-bookmarks-shortcuts.txt, rather than
trying to integrate with Epiphany's storage system.

enjoy,
Nigel.
