Hi Raphael, 

i have tested the current HEAD from deskbar-applet with my
LDAP-Adress-Book.
In Evolution i have add my local and my LDAP-Dir to
"auto-completiton" (don't know how it is called in english). 
The only entrys i get with deskbar-applet are the one from my local
address-book. I don't get any of the LDAP one. 

thats what i get in gnome-terminal:

(deskbar-applet:23199): libebook-WARNING **: �e_book_get_contacts� vor
�e_book_open� auf Buch aufgerufen

When i can do more testing, yust say....
