[Deskbar] Monocle Desktop Shell

Hi !

I made my mind, and came up with the following design:

I think it's clean, clear and elegant. The icon is adapted from a tango
icon, so it's necessarily hype.

The monocle desktop shell appears in the about dialog, the desktop shell
appears in the add to panel dialog.

I'm not sure yet about the tagline, so suggestions are welcome.

In my local repository i have a completely updated
monocle-desktop-shell-0.8.7 package, if everyone is ok, i'll commit it
to CVS and wipe any deskbar traces.
