[Deskbar] Beagle

Hi !

Since beagle 0.1.3 was just released today and contains the python
bindings along with libbeagle, i think it's time for the next release to
depend on that version of beagle and remove our own python bindings for
it, since they are essentially the same, and it's that less to maintain.

Any objections ?
