[Deja-dup-hackers] Ported to gsettings

Hello, all.  Just a quick heads up that trunk now uses gsettings
instead of gconf.  If you're on Ubuntu 10.04, You may want to install
dconf-tools from the development PPA [1] and of course update to the
version of glib there.  If on 10.10, you have everything you need.  Or
if you're not on Ubuntu, jhbuild should work fine.

For the moment, converting gconf settings data to dconf won't work
because the updated version of gconf in the development PPA failed to
build for an odd reason.  I'll look at it.  But it shouldn't gate
development work.
