A small follow up. Googling for similar error messages point to 2 things:
- Out of space on disk (see if this the case with you, though I doubt)
- Similar bug, but no details on what caused the problem

The database file in question here is 
~/.beagle/Indexes/Evo.../SummaryTracker-*.db

I am not sure if deleting the file would lead to re-indexing of evo emails. In 
any case, move the db file to some place if you want to remove it. The file 
might come handy in figuring out the problem.
