Ahh, so beagle-extract-content is just for testing filters, it does not effect the index in any way. Only when the beagled executes a filter does the index get updated.


I removed FilterJpeg (To eliminate any doubt about priorities).
Limited the scope of the indexing to a single folder.(for speed)
Incremeted the version number of the filter.
'touch'ed file "lena.jpg"
Then ext:jpg IndianRed returns lena.jpg

'touch'ed all jpg files
Then ext:jpg color:Red returns all red jpeg images.
