debugging beagle-helper with mdb

Hi,

I work on a modified version of beagle 0.2.17 and i am seeing
beagle-helper reindexing directories that did not change in the
meantime.
Has anyone else seen something similar?
I am trying to debug this using mdb (partly because i am curious about
mono debugging). I can't get into the beagle-helper process. If i try to
set breakpoints in say RemoteIndexer.cs mdb complains that it does not
know the function. Any hints on how to do that would be very much
appreciated.
