Patch 1/1: Allow images to loaded over http

Greetings and Salutations,

This patch adds the ability to load an image stream over the network.  It
only works for HTTP but I believe could easily be adopted for other
protocols.  I need this for some queryables that I am working on and since
it is a discrete easily explained patch I decided to release it before the
other stuff just to get an idea how the patch process works for beagle.
