Not that exciting, but I uploaded the libbeagle gtk-docs online so that
we could give them as reference to new developers.

them yet,I plan on changing that later this month.

If any of you watched bugzilla intently, you also noticed I have a
gnome-doc-utils=ized version of beagle, and about half an owners manual,
which I plan to finish asa[, but until then could always use a hand.
