This looks like a Mono bug.

Can you try shutting down all mono apps and moving your ~/.wapi
directory out of the way and try again?
If it persists, you may want to file a bug at bugzilla.ximian.com
against the mono runtime. They would have a better idea of how to debug
it than I would, unfortunately.
