It wouldn't be a sqlite 2 vs. 3 libraries thing. The main thing would
be on-disk database compatibility. But if you're deleting ~/.beagle
then that's probably not it; it's probably just a bug in the new code.
Hopefully Daniel can take a closer look at it soon.
