Beagle CVS is open again.  Approved committers should feel free to
commit... but please be careful.  We are continuing to focus on
stability and bug-fixing for 0.0.9, and any breakage will be reverted
with extreme prejudice.

If you need to make any large or risky changes, please have your patch
reviewed by either me or Joe Shaw before committing.
