If you're running gmime 2.1.15, you need to run CVS Beagle.  0.0.11.1
requires gmime 2.1.13.

Assuming nothing else uses gmime's mono bindings (the only thing that
has changed between 2.1.13 and 2.1.15), it was probably premature for
Debian to include it.
