The configure script was slightly wrong, sorry about that. It previously
allowed you to have either sqlite2 or sqlite3 but beagle itself requires
sqlite2 at the moment. The configure script has been fixed in cvs.
To get the required sqlite you can do:
emerge "<sqlite-3"
