Updated Source code filter.

Hi, 

Here is a "patch" for the existing Source filter in Beagle.

The patch can extract "strings" and "single/multi line" (C or Cpp or C#
or java (?)) style comments.  

Will be adding "identifier" and other necessary token extraction code
soon.

Also, beagled/ExtractContent.cs can happily extract the contents (for
debugging purposes, especially for filters) as the attached patch
contains a "FIX" for it.

Thanks Mike Douglas for giving a patch with cpp and python keywords.
