Beagle Hacking Guide Update

Hi, even though Beagle's rapid development has caused many changes
latley the project is always looking for new patches.  With both a
general Todo list (1) and an integration todo list (2) there are
plenty of ways to get involved.

To help spur development I've updated the 'Beagle hacking guide' (3)
on the wiki.  These pages should help you get started in filling some
of the missing features of the project.  So even if you havn't  had
much expience with coading Beagle (or even writing C#) this is a great
time to start.
